What We Offer

Get help applying for SNAP, housing assistance, and other benefit programs. We'll help you understand your options and complete the application process.

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)

SNAP provides monthly benefits that help eligible individuals and families purchase groceries and maintain a healthy diet. Many older adults qualify for SNAP but don't realize they're eligible. Our Community Resource Specialists can help you determine if you qualify, gather the necessary documents, and complete the application — so you can access nutrition support with confidence.

Housing Assistance

Housing assistance programs can help older adults access affordable housing, home energy assistance, property tax relief, and home repair or modification support. Navigating these programs can be complex, but our team can help you understand what's available, check your eligibility, and guide you through the application process step by step.

Other Benefit Programs

Beyond Medicare, MaineCare, SNAP, and housing assistance, there are many other programs that may help with healthcare costs, prescription drug coverage, utility bills, transportation, and more. Our specialists stay up to date on the full range of federal, state, and local benefit programs, and we'll work with you to identify every option you may be eligible for — then help you apply.
